Lampoon-ing its way onto our Top 10 DC shops is a massive pavilion boasting over 150 stores and restaurants. The bustling center resides on the border of D.C. and Maryland and even has an AMC movie theater. Shop, eat, watch a movie, and take a break from your travels. Located in Friendship Heights, open Mon – Sat 7 AM – 11 PM and Sun 7 AM – 9 PM.
9. The Collection
Located just a diamond’s throw from the Chevy Chase Pavilion in Friendship Heights is a whole new world of high-end designer fashion. Only 14 prestigious brands get to call The Collection their home, including Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Jimmy Choo, and Gucci. Each store has individual hours of operation (no one tells Gucci when to open). If the prices aren’t for you, cross the street to the Mazza Gallerie or The Shops at Wisconsin Place—the options are endless in Friendship Heights!

Arguably the most up-and-coming shopping district to grace the Top 10 DC shops is CityCenterDC—a new level of class in downtown Washington. With brands like Burberry, Dior, and Kate Spade, you won’t want to miss this fantastic hub. Boasting “monumental style” in a vibrant, energetic neighborhood, CityCenterDC has become a landmark of the city. Venture out into the surrounding downtown area to find a plethora of major stores and restaurants—the capitol is oozing with entertainment.

Residing along the beautiful Potomac River, National Harbor is a wonderful collection of shops, restaurants, amenities, and attractions. With well-known stores like Fossil and Del Sol accompanied by the Tanger Outlet Mall, this district is great for all occasions and all budgets.
